Deposits are required to ensure we will have birds available for you.  The balance is due before the event.  We accept cash, checks, and Paypal. 

Cancellations two weeks in advance will have the deposit refunded.  Last minute cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund. 

We take measures to lessen the chances of that happening.  It should not be an issue, but as with any animal, that is a possibility. 

Frequently Asked Questions

A full refund will be given for all acts of God that prevent a release.  We do not fly our birds in rain or other severe weather.  You aren’t going to want to be outside if that is the case either.

Question 3  - Is my deposit refundable? 

Question 4  - Can we make payments? 

The price of your release includes up to an hour.  If there is a major last minute delay, an additional per hour charge may be applicable.
