Deposits are required to ensure we will have birds available for you. The balance is due before the event. We accept cash, checks, and Paypal. |

Cancellations two weeks in advance will have the deposit refunded. Last minute cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund. |

We take measures to lessen the chances of that happening. It should not be an issue, but as with any animal, that is a possibility. |

A full refund will be given for all acts of God that prevent a release. We do not fly our birds in rain or other severe weather. You aren’t going to want to be outside if that is the case either. |

Depending on the number of birds requested, we generally stay within an hour of Broken Arrow. Prices increase the farther away from Tulsa the release is. |
